How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll email you return instructions and an address.
- Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Return conditions
- Items should be in re-sellable condition with all included accessories.
- Faulty or damaged-on-arrival items are replaced or refunded in full, including return shipping.
- Gel ammo and consumables can only be returned if unopened, for safety reasons.
